GENERAL TERMS
General Terms & Conditions are valid for contractual relationships between the individual who registered to the Swingidunum Festival and Association Swing’n’Roll (organizer of the Swingidunum festival).
By registering and participating in the festival and entering any festival location you agree to these terms.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
The registration for the workshops and parties of the festival is completed through a registration system on the homepage: www.swingidunum.com.
Every participant must register individually. The Participant is responsible for the correct data submission. By registering to SWINGIDUNUM Festival each individual is expected to pay the required amount within the 7 calendar days after an e-mail message on confirmation of registration has been received. In case that space runs out – or there is a high imbalance between leads and follows in any given group, registrants can be put on a waiting list. If participant registration status is “waiting list“, the payment shall be made after approval and received confirmation by e-mail. All payment information will be send to the participant within two days of receiving the on-line registration. The Participant shall pay the Price by one payment. The spot is guaranteed after the required amount arrives in the bank account of the organizer. The participant is responsible for all bank transfer costs.
During the check-in you will receive a wristband. You have to wear it during the whole event. You cannot share or change it with anyone. In case you do not wear it or you cannot show it to the organizers you have to leave the event. In case you lose or ruin it you have to immediately inform the organizers about it.
CANCELATION OF CONTRACT
In case we accept your registration, you have to pay within 7 calendar days. If we do not receive your payment in time your registration will be canceled.
We can cancel your registration any time if you express your cancellation wish in written form. In case of cancellation until 1st of February 2024, 30% of the fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation until 1st of March 2024, 20% of the fee will be refunded. A refund after 1st of March is not possible.
We can cancel your registration any time if your partner cancels. If you cancel, we might cancel your partner’s registration to keep the balance of the classes and parties. We apply the same cancellation policy in their cases.
We cannot change these rules because of illness, injury, canceled flight, business obligations or any other reason.
We can cancel your registration any time if we believe that your registration information is false and you cannot provide us evidence to the contrary (like stating you are a leader whilst being a follower).
If you change your registration to a smaller package, we can apply the cancellation policy on the difference.
If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend we accept the transfer of your ticket to another person with the same dance role (leader to leader / follower to follower). To transfer your ticket we must receive a written request to festival@swingidunum.com at least one week (7 days) before the event. Please include the following information in your email: Your name, Name of the person you are transferring the ticket to, E-mail address of the person you are transferring the ticket to, Dance Role (are you registered as follower or as a leader).
If the event is canceled by us (the organizers), participants will have the option to transfer their passes for the new date of the event or to receive a refund (the total amount paid by participant after deducting the necessary bank fees).

The organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the published festival program (bands and venues) where reasonably necessary.
Organizer has all rights to change the time, location and price of the workshops and of evening dances. Organizers have the right to change the number of dance levels if there are less than 30 registered participants for a certain level.
